on markets and mark twain

This started with John but now seems to have a life of it’s own. This is a great example of Dan’s (not me, the other Dan) mind at work. It’s why I love his blog.

  1. My husband is going to the grocery store this afternoon, and he’ll may a few missteps. But, I don’t care. Why? Because it means I don’t have to go and the thrill of grocery shopping has been gone for quite a few years. So, we have an agreement – he goes and I keep quiet. And, the list is going to include things like “a nice cut of meat” that will make no sense to me.
