That’s how I feel when it snows…like romping and playing. Glad I didn’t just imagine you already had posted today. :-)

I posted, but I didn’t include a picture of the pup. I thought I would update it when the snow started, but the storm arrived late. She really does love it.

Lol!! Glad you understand how addicted we are to Maddie. We need our fix!! And she never disappoints….clearly having a grand time with her ball and her beautiful feathers flying in every direction. Love it!! Thanks Dan, this made my day.

Thanks Ginger. It looks like we’re going to get enough snow for her to have some fun tomorrow. I have to go back to work, but I’ll see what I can do about a mini-Mt-Maddie before I leave.

If Maddie could smile and laugh out loud, I’d think she’d be doing it. :-)

I would agree. It’s pretty clear when she’s happy, Judy. She was bouncing up and down on her front feet once she realized we were taking the ball out and that it was snowing.

Thinking about you and the nor’ easter. Are you getting any of that storm?

Thanks Deborah. The last storm was all rain. This one has been a mixed bag. It started snowing late, but we are getting some heavy snow right now. It looks like it will wrap up about 5:00 am. Hard to know how much will be on the ground by then, but we should be able to move it and still get to work :(

Ah yes … After going through the harrowing experience of the storm, its good to see here having fun!

I think she’s OK with a storm when it leaves a pile of snow behind. She’s having a blast.

Thanks Lois. The storm was late, or I would have just updated the images in the gallery of the other post.

As long as you say, “It’s snowing” we know Maddie is in 7th Heaven!
[by the way, Dan, how does it feel to be up-staged by your dog?]

Yesterday, my wife asked if I had added a picture of Maddie. I hadn’t yet. She said: “do you think those people are coming to see your stuff?”
She sure has her fans.

Does Maddie chase snowballs and then get upset when she can’t find them in the snow? Cody does that. I find it amusing, at least until she manages to actually catch one of the snowballs and then starts gasping from the cold. Silly dog.

She will chase them, and then she will dig and dig until she finds some piece that (I guess) smells like me.

She loves the snow. She played multiple times today…so tired. She put herself in her crate and went to sleep.

Roxy says that Maddie can keep her silly snow! My little boxer girl much prefers having her whole body over the heat register, thank you very much. She is, however, smitten with Maddie’s girlish beauty! ~ Lynn

Ha ha – thanks Lynn. Maddie loves the snow. For some reason, she doesn’t seem to mind the cold nearly as much as she should (Setters do not get a winter coat). I’d say she was blushing, bbut it’s hard to tell ;-)

Dan, I wish I shared Maddie’s enthusiasm for the snow. Have a sublime Sunday.

Aww, dogs and snow are like kids and snow! They never want to go inside and quit playing! I still remember my first shock of not feeling my fingers and then that knives feeling if early frost bite! Maddie is well equipped with an inner warm engine!! So cute!

She has the engine but she doesn’t have a winter coat. She should be freezing, but…
