Note: I inadvertently missed an entry. I will call more attention to the vote tomorrow, and I wil let the vote run until Wednesday night. I am sorry for this error.

Welcome to the Third Annual Thursday Doors Badge Contest. We have five entries this year, but choosing between them won’t be easy. They are displayed below in the order in which they were received. Below the images is a poll. Here’s how we proceed:

The poll will remain active until noon(1), on Tuesday, January 3rd.

Voting is open to anyone who participated(2) in Thursday Doors during 2022.

Comments are open but Please Vote by using the poll

The entries are shown in the order they were received. I have tried my best to scale the images to the same size, but the Block Editor seems to have a mind of its own. If the images do not appear to be the same size, it is unintentional.

I will not be casting a vote.

The poll results will not be shown.

In the unlikely event of a tie, the earlier entry will be judged the winner.

The winner will be announced, and the badge will be unveiled on Thursday.

  1. North American Eastern time zone.
  2. People who published one or more posts between January 6th and December 29th, 2022.
  3. We will retire the 2022 badge on Thursday
Teresa ― My Camera & I
Cheryl ― Dreaming Existence
Manja ― An Embarrassment of Riches
Sherry ― PORT4U
Katy Trail

All five of my current books are now available in audio book form thanks to Amazon KDP’s Virtual Voice process. The voice is AI generated, but I can honestly say, it’s pretty darn good. The audio books are reasonably priced (all below $7 US) and, if you already own the Kindle version and want to add an audio version, you can do that for $1.99. There is a five-minute sample on the book page for each book. If you’re interested, click on any of the Dreamer’s Alliance book links below the image or on the link below for my latest book.

    1. The poll appears in all the browsers I have tried. I’m not sure if it appears in the WP Reader. If you can’t get it to appear, you can email your choice to noFacilities at gmail dot com

  3. Thank you for all your hard work on our behalf. I am surprised at the small turnout for this. I look forward to posting more doors in 2023.

    1. Thanks Sherry. I always enjoy the photos you post. I think I should do this earlier next year. A lot of people take a break from blogging during the time I was accepting entries.

  4. Definitely a tough choice but as a wannabe watercolorist, my heart said to vote for Teresa (though each and everyone is a winner). Happy New Year.
