Today’s Thursday Doors Recap includes the entries posted on November 13th and the two days that followed. There are quite a few wonderful posts and doors from around the world.

I am also participating — for the first time — in Becky’s (The Life of B) November Squares. I’m not quite sure how to do this, but she’s looking for shadows and I have some. Here’s the link to Becky’s post so you can see the other posts.

  3. Fabulous shadows Dan 😀 The captions are ever so good, each one totally descriptive of the scene, A Pterodactyl eating and the dog clever. I looked at the dog shadow and wondered what? you came to the rescue, the coyote made me smile

    1. Thanks Brian. Our dog used to do that as a way of telling me I wasn’t done scratching or I hadn’t hit the right place.

Thank you for the as always excellent recap of Thursday Doors challenge posts. The bunny is adorable, looks like he or she is in a perfect spot for some delicious leaves.

    1. Thanks Suzette. I’ve been trying to put these shadows in the pictures with my posts but kept forgetting. So, I decided to give Becky’s Squares a try.

  8. Those are neat shadows! I agree with Liz you do leaf shadows really well. Since you’ve brought them to your blog posts I’ve been looking at leaves and shadows but, never see anything as good as you do.

      1. Thanks. There seems to be a season for them, mostly now and then again in the spring for the ones that survived the fall cleanup and snow.

  13. Our leaves were not cooperating at all with creating any imaginative shadows today, Dan. I don’t think any of them have really landed for a while lol. Soooo windy…we’ll have to wait a day or so to get some creative shadow construction underway here again!🍁🍂

    1. We’ve had three days of stiff winds, Bruce, I’m not sure there will be any leaves left on the sidewalk.

    1. Don’t tell Wilson, but the bunnies and squirrels rule our back yard.

      1. Hahaha…he just doesn’t realize they rule our yard as well…we have zilch control over them.

        1. Maddie ceded control to them when she was alive. They used to come right up to her. She’d look at me as if to say, “Um, he’s here for a peanut Dad.”
