The cones are for the relatives of the people here in Wisconsin that drive their vehicles out onto Lake Winnebago in March, when the ice is turning gray, so they can catch one perch through a small hole.

Yikes – I don’t think you could get me to drive out onto a frozen lake. Maybe if I knew what they know.
